Mr. Titaro P. Geo., is a geologist with a MSc degree in economic geology and is based in Canada and has extensive experience in the mining and exploration sector. He is a founder of Carpathian and has been President and CEO since 2003. Prior to this Mr. Titaro was President and CEO of A.C.A. Howe International, a geological and mining consulting firm that has worked on projects throughout the world. Mr. Titaro is also a director of Yamana Gold and has been a director and officer of several public-traded companies in the mining, industrial and health care technology fields.

Mr. Carvalho has 40 years experience in the mining sector, mostly in Brazil, including the positions of President & CEO and Director of Peak Gold Limited; Executive VP, Central & South America at Goldcorp Inc.; President of the Onça Puma nickel project (Canico Resource) and Executive Director and CFO at Rio Tinto Brazil, where he worked for more than 33 years. He is currently President and Director of Rio Novo Gold Inc. (TSX:RN), which owns two developing gold projects in Brazil, and a Director in a number of other companies.
Mr. Patrick J. Mars

Mr. Mars is a Chartered Financial Analyst based in Canada. Mr. Mars is an independent consultant specializing in mine financing and analysis and benefits from over 30 years of experience in the Canadian investment industry. For the majority of his career he was with Alfred Bunting & Co/Bunting Warburg, a Canadian investment dealer and stockbroker where he was President and CEO from 1981 to 1994. During this time he served 3 year terms both as a Governor of the TSE and Director of the IDA From 1999 to 2001, he was Chairman and a Director of First Marathon Securities (UK) Ltd/NBC Financial (UK) Ltd. Presently, Mr. Mars is a director of Yamana Gold, Aura Minerals (Chairman), Sage Gold (Chairman), Endeavour Financial and Selwyn Resources as well as being President of P.J.Mars Investments Limited, a private company. He is also a director of The Renascent Foundation, a charitable organization.

Mr. Hick is a corporate director and President & CEO of his own consulting firm, John W. W. Hick Consultants Inc. He is an independent director of a number of TSX and TSXV companies. He has, in the past, held senior management positions in a number of mining companies, including President & CEO of Medoro Resources Ltd. from October 2009 to September 2010, CEO of Rio Narcea Gold Mines Ltd from December 2004 to January 2006, President & CEO of Geomaque Exploration Inc./Defiance Mining Corp. from December 2001 to September 2004 and President of TXV Gold Inc. from 1993 to 1997. Mr. Hick is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, although not currently practicing law.
